It works offline, with no account, and keeps your plan on the Lock Screen.

How it works

Event Plan
Before you go out, pick the kind of evening, a limit from none to six, when you want to be home, and a line or two for turning down a round.

Your Call
Log a drink with one tap, even from the Lock Screen. From drink 2, Your Call offers Pause, Switch to alcohol-free, Done for tonight or Not now. It never blocks you.

Morning Note
The next morning, one tap: glad, fine, or would change it. Plans Kept counts the evenings that went the way you planned.

Questions
Is PauseSip for quitting?
It is built for cutting back and for alcohol-free nights out. If you want to stop completely, the Support page lists free help.
Does it tell me if I can drive?
No. PauseSip does not estimate blood alcohol and cannot tell you whether you are fit to drive.
Do I need an account or internet?
No. Everything works offline on your iPhone.
Can I try it before planning a real night?
Yes. Try a sample evening walks you through a plan, two logs and Your Call in about 30 seconds, and saves nothing.
